The Body Iron Studio Boxing Stand is a free-standing, drill-free solution for heavy bag training at home. Built for stability and durability, it lets you develop striking power, endurance, and coordination without needing wall or ceiling mounts.
Standing at 221 cm, it fits standard 240 cm ceilings and supports 3 ft to 5 ft heavy bags up to 50 kg. Four stabilising pegs allow plate loading for extra steadiness, or you can bolt the stand to the floor for a permanent setup (plates not included).
Ideal for turning spare rooms, garages, or studio corners into a focused boxing station, the stand’s compact footprint makes it easy to position and pair with other Body Iron equipment for a total-body workout space.

Four-Ways is Ideal for high-strength, but more expensive and complex. Inferior products use Two-Way Welding as it is faster and cheaper to manufacturer, that will have 50% less strength and safety at the welded area.
