Delivery Guidelines and Terms

1. Assistance for Heavy Goods: If any boxes weigh more than 25kg, assistance may be required to unload them. If you are unable to assist, please inform us prior to delivery so we can arrange a tail lift truck.

2. Business Deliveries: If delivering to a business, kindly provide the business name and operating hours to ensure successful delivery.

3. Accurate Details: It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure all delivery and contact details are correct.

4. Tracking and Support: A tracking number will be provided to monitor the delivery status. If you need additional assistance, feel free to call or email us.

5. Estimated Delivery Time*: Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time (ETA) provided by our courier partners is 4 to 14 days. Please note this is only an estimate and may vary.
