Use the floor anchor as a weighted base (compatible with standard or Olympic plates) or bolt it to the floor; pair the roof/ceiling bracket above for floor-to-ceiling balls or other tethered accessories.

Designed for versatility and stability, this set works seamlessly with floor-to-ceiling balls and punch bags. Two included carabiner hooks make attachment quick and secure, helping you create a clean, modular training station at home or in the studio.

Compact and durable, the brackets deliver a solid anchor point without taking up valuable space—ideal for dialling in timing, rhythm, head movement, and strike accuracy.
