The Body Iron folding and height adjustable punch bag stand is a free-standing, mobile boxing stand that offers easy collapse and space-saving fold-away feature. This versatile stand comes with multi-adjustable height settings which means it can be used both by adults and juniors.
The stand is also equipped with three stabilising pegs to improve the stability of the construction. Place standard weight plates on each stabilising pegs. We recommend having 30KG on each stabilising peg. Pegs can hold plate size up to 10Kg of the standard weight plates size. Stabilising pegs can take 27.5mm - 32mm Standard Weight Plates. You can also use Olympic weight plates. But they will be loose on the stabilising pegs. Sand bags can also be used.
