The Body Iron Rising Pro Commercial Slam Balls are heavy duty, ultra durable and have a thick rubber casing with a deep textured rubber surface making it anti-slip. Also known as medicine balls, they are common in any and every gym and are used for a wide variety of different exercises that can target all muscle groups, including your abs, upper body and lower body.

Featuring dead bounce technology in order to absorb large impacts when in use to ensure they are durable and resistant to breaking. Some exercises that these slam balls are used for include overhead slams, russian twists, lunges and squats. The resistance and difficulty can also be increased by holding the balls overhead rather than directly in front of the chest if you’re looking for a challenge.

These slam balls are amazing at training your body’s explosive power and with their heavy duty rubber casing you won’t need to worry about partaking in dynamic exercises such as ballistic throws and slams. To prolong their life however, refrain from slamming the ball on the valve side.
