Designed to be used with any 7ft Olympic barbell, this Half Rack will allow you to perform a wide range of explosive movements, such as squats, bench press and dead lifts, which are all extremely effective for building strength and muscle mass. This squat rack also comes with a built-in chin up bar and J hooks.
