In fact, we prefer the 5ft barbell over a 7ft Olympic bar for various exercises such as bicep curls, skull crushes and upright rows.
This barbell may be more suitable for beginners who want to learn the correct technique for barbell movements, when your regular 20kg Olympic bar is too heavy.
