• Mount to structure: fix into a solid timber stud or suitable masonry. Do not mount to plasterboard alone.
• Use correct hardware: wood lag bolts are included for studs. Masonry anchors (not included) are required for brick/concrete.
• Pre-drill & secure: pre-drill pilot holes for lag bolts; tighten securely without over-torquing.
• Test before training: apply gradual load and check for movement. Inspect fixings regularly and re-tighten as needed.
• Professional install recommended if you’re unsure about your mounting surface.
